Award From HYPO TIROL BANK

Proteomic Profile of a Freshwat Glue

PROTOGLUE project: Derived from the original HydraGlue project financed by the Marie Curie Actions, we were awarded with the “Forschungsförderungspreis 2014 der HYPO TIROL BANK”. Such an award supports our experiments regarding the characterization of the proteomic profile of the Hydra footprints, as well as for the lectin labelling for checking the presence of glycoconjugates in the adhesive proteins. The award ceremony was held the 15th January last, at the Archeologic Museum of the University of Innsbruck.

The HydraGlue team thanks very much the Hypo Tyrol Bank for supporting our research, as well as congratulate all the winners.
